Good deed: J.cole visits fan in hospital

Rapper J.cole is still being the humble spirit that he is, took it upon himself to fulfill a fan's wish. 

One of J.Cole's fans' uploaded the picture expressing a very heartfelt caption: 

"I really appreciate this just want to give a big shout out to my mom and my aunt for bringing my favorite rapper to see me. I'm proud to say that I'm blessed even though I have cancer, he told me to keep positive so that's what I'm going to do. Thanks J.Cole. #RoleModel."
